If your Standard Offer Plant is over 1 MW, it is imperative that you return your Planning Procedure 5-1 (PP5-1) form as soon as practicable. If your interconnecting utility is Green Mountain Power (GMP), you should submit your PP5-1 directly to GMP. If your interconnecting utility is not GMP, you should return your PP5-1 to VEPP Inc. at meghan@veppi.org.
